or, as the band Isi Glück & Le Shuuk sings, “The synapses burn like Bengalis.”
Yes, when we feel overwhelmed, when feelings and thoughts become entangled in chaos, we have reached the point where we lose control and feel helpless.
Too much, too strong, too fast.
As a result, we experience stress, overwhelming emotions, confusion, poor concentration, and memory problems.
You will find many recommendations for what you can do in these situations. Starting with reflections on causes and thoughts, mental breaks, relaxation techniques, psychological support, coaching, and much more.
My recommendation: don't rush into action, but first accept what is. Accept yourself and your chaos as a resource.
I am okay the way I am.
Adopt a loving, caring, and sympathetic attitude towards yourself.
This will open the door to your creativity and self-efficacy.
Something new and caring for ourselves can emerge within us.
Those who are in chaos have the chance for a better future.
