I love my profession as a coach. As a coach, I deal with people who want to create something, who are on the move, who no longer want to accept their old life situation, and who are already aware that their life, in its current mode or mindset, cannot be fulfilling.
These are people who have an idea, or even a plan, who want to create or build something, and who seek in coaching to define their approaches, decisions, or roles.
They are people like you, who are on the move, who on various levels want change in order to be themselves. In coaching, energy is released that feels like a boost and creative impulse.

ABOUT ME
Coach, consultant, ecologist, marketing strategist, business economist, creative, transactional analyst, supervisor, team developer, Biodanza teacher/trainer, holistic and cross-cultural thinker.
How does it all fit together?
My attitude towards life and people, with their uniqueness and collective belonging, brings all these aspects together into a coherent whole.
Born in a rural area in northern Germany, surrounded by nature and communities, and equipped with a spirit of exploration, I embarked on the journey of learning to acquire skills and discover my "calling." All my professional and life phases have been important steps, even if at first glance they do not fit the usual logic of a career path.

I was involved in practical training, studying (Business Administration and Marketing, Social Development), and in continuous further education processes of a psychological, humanistic, cultural, and health-related nature. I was one of the first women in marketing management (Eduscho, Pelikan, Auro, Logocos), co-director of the Green Party in the first state parliaments in Lower Saxony, head of marketing for Logona Natural Cosmetics and innovator, project manager for Alverde cosmetics for DM drugstore, and self-employed marketing and organizational consultant.​ My goal is for us all to feel better in our professional lives. I would like to encourage you on your journey.
All my professional facets are based on an honest, relationship-oriented, respectful, meaningful, and integrative approach.
